Bedford Advanced Drivers and Riders will be taking part of the Spring Start event, being hosted by Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service on Sunday 19th April, 2026.

This event, primarily aimed at improving road safety for riders as the better weather encourages them to get out on their bikes again will be held at Kempston Fire Station on Southfields Road, Kempston. There will be plenty to see and do:

• Fire bikes
• Police bikes
• Bike clubs
• Bedford Advanced Drivers and Riders

Road Traffic Collision Response Officer, David Ashpole said: “The event will be an opportunity to speak to like-minded individuals and find out more about the training that is on offer for motorcyclists from all backgrounds and experience levels, to keep bikers safe on our roads”.
